Our Club
School of Kickboxing is a friendly, welcoming, supportive group of martial artists with the same goal: to learn self-defence, to feel safer, fitter and be ready for anything. With a female instructor with over 20 years of martial arts experience, and almost 10 years teaching experience, you are bound to learn efficiently and get an awesome workout! She is a 3rd Dan Black Belt herself, as well as a 1st Dan in Shotokan Karate. SoK offers reality-based self-defence, general street skills.
Our Philosophy
At School of Kickboxing, we believe that kickboxing is not just a physical activity, but a way of life. We promote discipline, respect, and self-improvement in all aspects of our students' lives. We aim to be accessible for all, regardless of experience, age or level of fitness.
Our Facilities
Large, private training space. Shields, pads and floor mats. Sparring time. Leisure Centre facilities (available through our host). Toilets (including disabled) right outside training area.
